IBCA/Subway Senior and Underclass Boys All-State
Fifteen players were chosen “Supreme 15”, 15 more were chosen Large School All-State and 15 more were chosen Small School All-State for both Senior and Underclass players in the IBCA/Subway All-State program for boys. In addition, 87 seniors and 88 underclass players received Honorable Mention All-State accolades.

Thirty-six players were chosen as first-team selections on the IBCA 2018 Boys' Academic All-State Team. An additional 184 players were selected as honorable mention Academic All-State.

Thirty-eight players were chosen as first-team selections on the IBCA 2018 Girls' Academic All-State Team. An additional 175 players were selected as honorable mention Academic All-State.

IBCA/Subway Players of the Week
One hundred student-athletes were named IBCA/Subway Players of the Week during the 2017-18 season. Those selected – 55 boys and 45 girls – will receive a certificate of recognition of their honor from the IBCA and Subway Restaurants of Indiana.

The 2018 All-Star games will be June 8 at Bellarmine and June 9 at Bankers Life Fieldhouse. The Junior Series with Kentucky is revived, with games on June 2 in Kentucky and June 3 in Indiana. One Junior-Senior exhibition will be June 6.

Indiana-Kentucky Challenge Cup
The fifth Indiana-Kentucky Challenge Cup was played Jan. 6 at Central Hardin High School in Cecilia, Ky. The event is a five-game competition between teams from Indiana and Kentucky, coordinated by the Indiana Basketball Coaches Association and the Kentucky Association of Basketball Coaches.
