IBCA/Subway Senior and Underclass Boys All-State  
Fifteen players were chosen “Supreme 15”, 15 more were chosen Large School All-State and 15 more were chosen Small School All-State for both Senior and Underclass players in the IBCA/Subway All-State program for boys. In addition, 87 seniors and 88 underclass players received Honorable Mention All-State accolades.

In addition, 85 seniors and 87 underclass players received Honorable Mention All-State accolades.

2018 Boys Academic All-State  
Thirty-six players were chosen as first-team selections on the IBCA 2018 Boys' Academic All-State Team. An additional 184 players were selected as honorable mention Academic All-State.

2018 Girls Academic All-State  
Thirty-eight players were chosen as first-team selections on the IBCA 2018 Girls' Academic All-State Team. An additional 175 players were selected as honorable mention Academic All-State.

IBCA/Subway Players of the Week  
One hundred student-athletes were named IBCA/Subway Players of the Week during the 2017-18 season. Those selected – 55 boys and 45 girls – will receive a certificate of recognition of their honor from the IBCA and Subway Restaurants of Indiana.

Indiana All-Stars By Charlie Hall
The 2018 All-Star games will be June 8 at Bellarmine and June 9 at Bankers Life Fieldhouse. The Junior Series with Kentucky is revived, with games on June 2 in Kentucky and June 3 in Indiana. One Junior-Senior exhibition will be June 6.

Indiana-Kentucky Challenge Cup  
The fifth Indiana-Kentucky Challenge Cup was played Jan. 6 at Central Hardin High School in Cecilia, Ky. The event is a five-game competition between teams from Indiana and Kentucky, coordinated by the Indiana Basketball Coaches Association and the Kentucky Association of Basketball Coaches.

Indiana Basketball Hall of Fame By Chris May
This past year has been an outstanding one for the Indiana Basketball Hall of Fame as we have been involved with events that have furthered the knowledge, interest and love of Indiana high school basketball. The hall also has adopted the following as our mission statement: “Honoring, Preserving and Promoting the Heritage of Indiana High School Basketball.”

The 16th annual IBCA/IHSAA Top 100 Showcase events will be July 9 for boys and July 16 for girls, both at Ben Davis High School. Players featured are rising seniors, juniors and sophomores for 2018-19.

The 37th annual Girls’ Top 60 Senior Workout was held at Heritage Christian School on Sunday, March 4, 2017. The 31st annual Boys’ Top 60 Senior Workout took place at Beech Grove High School on Saturday, March 31.

Hoosier Basketball Magazine announces that the 30th annual North/South Indiana All-Star Classic will be held Saturday, April 7, at the John R. Wooden Gymnasium in Martinsville.

The Historic Hoosier Gym Committee of Knightstown, Indiana, in conjunction with Hoosier Basketball Magazine and Pacesetter Sports of Terre Haute, will host the 13th annual “Hoosiers” Reunion All-Star Classic on Friday, June 1, 2018.
