IBCA/Subway Senior and Underclass Boys All-State  
Fifteen players were chosen “Supreme 15”, 15 more were chosen Large School All-State and 15 more were chosen Small School All-State for both Senior and Underclass players in the IBCA/Subway All-State program for boys. In addition, 88 seniors and 88 underclass players received Honorable Mention All-State accolades.

IBCA/Subway Senior and Underclass Girls All-State  
Fifteen players were chosen “Supreme 15”, 17 more seniors and 16 more underclass players were chosen Large School All-State and 15 more seniors and 15 more underclass players were chosen Small School All-State in the IBCA/Subway All-State program for girls. In addition, 86 seniors and 89 underclass players received Honorable Mention All-State accolades.

2019 Boys Academic All-State  
Thirty-nine players were chosen as first-team selections on the IBCA 2019 Boys' Academic All-State Team. An additional 205 players were selected as honorable mention Academic All-State.

2019 Girls Academic All-State  
Thirty-six players were chosen as first-team selections on the IBCA 2019 Girls' Academic All-State Team. An additional 179 players were selected as honorable mention Academic All-State.

IBCA/Subway Players of the Week  
Ninety-six student-athletes were named IBCA/Subway Players of the Week during the 2018-19 season. Those selected – 49 boys and 47 girls – will receive a certificate of recognition of their honor from the IBCA and Subway Restaurants of Indiana.

Indiana All-Stars By Mike Broughton
The 2018-19 Indiana high school basketball season has been a great year of hoops. In the boys’ and girls’ state tournaments, we crowned eight worthy champions whose communities will remember those memories for generations to come.

Indiana-Kentucky Challenge Cup  
The sixth annual Indiana-Kentucky Challenge Cup was played Jan. 5 at New Castle High School. The event is a five-game competition between teams from Indiana and Kentucky.

Indiana Basketball Hall of Fame By Chris May
This past year has been an outstanding one for the Indiana Basketball Hall of Fame as we have been involved with events that have furthered the knowledge, interest and love of Indiana high school basketball. The hall also has adopted the following as our mission statement: “Honoring, Preserving and Promoting the Heritage of Indiana High School Basketball.”

Sixty of Indiana’s best class of 2019 senior boys’ and senior girls’ high school players were invited to participate in Hoosier Basketball’s 2019 Top 60 Senior Workouts held annually in conjunction with the IHSAA and the Indiana Basketball Coaches Association.

Hoosier Basketball Magazine announces that the 31st annual North/South Indiana All-Star Classic presented by McDonald’s of Indiana will be held Saturday, April 6, at the John R. Wooden Gymnasium in Martinsville.
